The local authorities that are responsible for the city’s flood protection are required to implement flood preparedness actions every year. These actions range from cleaning up the streams to inform the public and plan for available resources.
In the following sections you may choose the set of flood preparedness actions that will be included in the institutional simulation. You may choose to use the flood preparedness actions that were selected based on the results of the 1st and 2nd stakeholder workshop in the city of Rethymno, Greece. You may also choose to insert new flood preparedness actions or delete some or all of those already included in the section below.

1 Priority: Input a number from 1 to the total number of actions selected. Select 0 to exclude this action. 2 Operational Cost: Qualitative estimation of the annual operational cost for each action with Low (< 5000 € / year), Medium (5.000 – 10.000 € / year), High (> 10.000 € / year)
