The PEARL institutional ABM simulating authorities' decision making for the selection of resilience strategies

Using saved set (test)

The local authorities that are responsible for the city’s flood protection are required to implement flood preparedness actions every year. These actions range from cleaning up the streams to inform the public and plan for available resources.

In the following sections you may choose the set of flood preparedness actions that will be included in the institutional simulation. You may choose to use the flood preparedness actions that were selected based on the results of the 1st and 2nd stakeholder workshop in the city of Rethymno, Greece. You may also choose to insert new flood preparedness actions or delete some or all of those already included in the section below.

For example, if you want to include in the simulation three actions you need to input 1 for the action with the highest priority, 2 for the action second in priority, 3 for the action third in priority and 0 for all the other actions.

2 Operational Cost: Qualitative estimation of the annual operational cost for each action with Low (< 5000 € / year), Medium (5.000 – 10.000 € / year), High (> 10.000 € / year)
